This song was composed by Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. It was originally written for Roy Orbison who recorded it in 1987, but not releasing it until 1992 after the song had become a top-10 hit by Cyndi Lauper in 1989.
This version was arranged and performed by Bart Brady Ciampa, BMI, on the flugelhorn. The background was constructed using Roland SC-8850/XV-2020 sound modules/synthesizers. |
